Description

Position: Technical Advisor

Immediate Report: Director of Customer Satisfaction

Responsibilities:

Assist and reassure customers having problems with equipment (summary diagnosis);
Refer customers to service companies in their area;
Assign mandates (PO) to the various service companies for warranty work at our customers;
Follow up with service companies so that our customers are served as quickly as possible;
Technically assist service technicians in diagnosing the problem;
Determine the parts needed to solve the problem;
Raise recurring issues to supervisor;
Determine whether a case is covered by warranty or not and take action accordingly;
Document cases in the ticket system;
